We can buy time by administering good CPR (chest compressions) quickly, it is easy and can make all the difference.
The Golden Valley  & Ewyas Harold First Responders will show you how and answer any questions you have on emergency medical response including automatic defibrillation by lay people.
It is free  and there will be a retiring collection for Christian Aid.
